Our approach
We want customers to receive the item described and ordered. This policy does not limit any right or remedy available under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming physical items
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, clear photographs. After assessment, we will provide an appropriate remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. Keep the item and packaging until we provide return instructions.
Other physical-item returns
If you wish to return an unused item for another reason, contact us before sending it. Acceptance will depend on the item’s condition, the circumstances of the sale and applicable consumer law. Items should be complete, undamaged and suitable for resale. Do not return an item without receiving instructions and a return address.
Downloadable products
Because a digital file cannot ordinarily be returned once supplied or accessed, change-of-mind cancellation may not be available after download or access. This does not affect remedies for a file that is defective, inaccessible, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through an available method appropriate to the original transaction after the item or evidence is assessed. Bank processing times may vary. We will explain any lawful delivery or return cost that applies before completing the return.
Order cancellation
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. If fulfilment has not started, we will review the request and any reasonable costs already incurred. If an item has shipped or a digital product has been supplied, the applicable return terms above will apply.
