About these terms

These terms apply when you use the ECCCGEF website or place an order through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to use the selected payment method.

Products and prices

The store may offer physical publications, downloadable publications, or both. The product page and checkout information shown at the time of purchase form part of your order. Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep descriptions, availability and prices accurate; if a material error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment.

Orders and manual payment

An order is received when checkout is completed, but acceptance remains subject to availability and payment confirmation. Bank-transfer orders are processed after funds are confirmed. Cash on delivery is available only when it is displayed as an option for the order and destination. Do not send funds to account details received outside ECCCGEF’s official checkout or communications.

Delivery and downloads

Physical items are delivered using the method and charge displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Downloadable items are supplied electronically after the applicable payment and order checks are complete.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Unless a product licence states otherwise, ECCCGEF and its licensors retain copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the website and publications. A purchase does not grant a right to reproduce, resell, redistribute or publicly share a digital file.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to report a damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming item.

Changes

We may update these terms for operational, legal or security reasons. The version published when an order is placed will apply to that order, except where the law requires otherwise.
